Come join Heather as she takes us on a journey through the vast and mysterious
Mojave Desert. The Mojave Desert is unique to the world with its Joshua trees,
standing limes stretched in different positions, giving each its own caricature
statement. The vast 25000 square miles of the Mojave touches 4 states and
millions of lives. From the time of the first Indians till present day inhabitants, the
Mojave Desert has been a constant draw for Adventures as well as those trying to
brake away from the norm of the standard grid.
With Heather we will meet some of those inhabitants and go back in time to try to
peace together the past of this unique peace of our planet.
On our journey with Heather Turriaga we will also meet those who come to the
Mojave to play,camp, motor cycle, swim, fish, gamble and ski, in this usually
understated part of the world. With climates ranging from extreme heat to snows
of many feet high you'll learn why this desert has so much to offer and wonder why
it is so understated.
